About Us

The Remote Sensing of Water Systems (RSWS) group is a joint professorship between the University of Zurich and the Swiss Federal Institute of Aquatic Science and technology, Eawag.

RSWS is one of four professorships making up the Remote Sensing Laboratories (RSL), responsible for teaching and research in remote sensing at the Department of Geography.

Our Team

We are an international and interdisciplinary research group aiming to develop fundamentals on remote sensing technology to assess water in the earth system.
